Head Start Leadership, Excellence, and Data Systems (HS LEADS)

Description:
The Head Start Leadership, Excellence, and Data Systems (HS LEADS) project developed a literature review and conceptual model to describe key factors in management systems that promote effective early childhood practice. The project supported a small set of case studies of programs that use data effectively. The information developed through these efforts was also used to publish a resource guide to help Head Start programs improve their use of data and organizational systems.
