Description:
To develop a cost model for early care and education centers in Louisiana, the Louisiana Policy Institute for Children interviewed eight early care and education providers in East Baton Rouge, Jefferson, Lafayette, Orleans, and Rapides parishes to learn more about actual costs and expenditures. Of those, five providers were also able to provide information about revenue sources. (author abstract)
