The Early Learning Division is submitting the follow report to the legislative Task Force on Access to Quality Affordable Child Care as instructed by HB 2346. This report is the first of three reports that are due to the Task Force and covers the current programs, policies, funding, and populations served by child care subsidies in Oregon. The report also addresses the professional development opportunities, accreditation and licensing standards and recruitment efforts for child care providers. (author abstract)
