This Information Memorandum is intended to be a reference for Lead Agencies to use in implementing the funding and additional provisions included in the CARES Act, which became law on March 27, 2020. This guidance reviews important areas of flexibility in the use of funds provided through the CARES Act and offers examples of services, supports, and related resources that Lead Agencies may want to consider.
