Reflections on New Mexico's participation in CEELO's State Administrative Cost of Quality Budget Tool pilot


New Mexico has participated in the pilot of the State Administrative Cost of Quality Tool of the Center on Enhancing Early Learning Outcomes. This is a reflection on the transition that occurred when the New Mexico departments coordinating this pilot (Children, Youth and Families and Public Education) were reorganized in a way that put the program under the state's Early Childhood Education and Care Department.
