Financing an anti-racist child care system


The purpose of this brief is to examine one crucial dimension of U.S. child care policies—financing–with a racial equity lens. We consider what is required to achieve an anti-racist child care system and explore some preliminary data points to assess where we are relative to that aspiration. (author abstract)
