Voices from the field: Addressing equity in out-of-school time


This brief reviews research about equitable access, experiences, and outcomes in out-of-school (OST) time programs. Recommendations and state examples are provided about engaging youth participants, families, staff, and other community representatives in the process of improving equity in OST programs.
