This manual and codebook has been developed as a companion to the 2019 NSECE Center-based Quick Tabulation Data File. Section 1.A provides additional detail on the center-based survey and the study’s sampling methods. This manual has been designed to introduce users to the NSECE and the data available for analysis. It also offers an overview of key concepts important for the analysis of the center-based provider data. Section 2 of this manual contains detailed codebook entries for each variable contained in the 2019 NSECE Center-based Provider Quick Tabulation data file. (author abstract)
