This Strategic Plan, Wyoming’s first-ever statewide early childhood strategic plan, establishes the state’s blueprint for improving early childhood services and supports for all of Wyoming’s young children and their families. The implementation of this plan will impact a number of stakeholder groups, including children and families, ECE providers and others who work with young children and their families, K-12 teachers and administrators, local and state government agencies and actors, and more.
