This report is made possible through Minnesota's Preschool Development Birth through 5 grant. The grant focuses on supporting families who are pregnant and/or parenting young children who are experiencing racial, geographic, and economic inequities so they can be born healthy and thrive within their families and community. The grant is charged with aligning and coordinating multiple systems to help families with young children (prenatal to age 5) navigate through the system more efficiently and is a partnership between the Minnesota departments of Education, Health, Human Services, along with the Children’s Cabinet.
