A comparison of both the total nutrient intakes and the risk of not meeting dietary guidelines for participants and non-participants in Head Start, past preschool or non-preschool participants from cross-sectional data for 950 low-income 3- through 5-year- old participants in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey between 1999 and 2004
