Registry participation requirements: A policy brief

Description:

This policy brief focuses on registry participation requirements and is based on the results of an annual survey of registry administrators conducted by the NWRA (last conducted 8/15/23). We begin with summaries of different mandatory participation categories. We then include statutory language examples from 17 jurisdictions. In closing, we provide a set of key recommendations for states to consider when implementing state regulation or legislation. (author abstract)
