New York State Infant Mental Health Project: A report of cross-disciplinary community collaboration

Description:
This report provides an overview of the Infant Mental Health Project in New York State, including a summary report of the Infant Mental Health Summit held February 6, 2013 in Albany. Following the Summit, 13 projects were awarded mini-grants to improve the collaboration of services and systems for young children and their families. A description of funded projects and their collaborative goals are presented, as well as evaluation results based on a survey of partners' collaborative outcomes.
