Description:

This report is the second formative evaluation report and presents findings for VPI+ classrooms across all 11 divisions for the period of January-May 2016. The current report focuses on the evaluation questions below and is organized into sections addressing (1) program quality, including VPI+ teacher background, beliefs, and practices; (2) training and technical assistance for VPI+ division coordinators, coaches, and family engagement coordinators; (3) local coaching and professional development of VPI+ teachers, and perceptions of how well they meet teachers' needs; (4) facilitators of and barriers to implementation; and (5) recommendations for further strengthening implementation.
