Teachers' voices: Work environment conditions that impact teacher practice and program quality -- Minnesota

The following report presents the findings from the 2018 Minnesota SEQUAL study and includes the perspectives of teaching staff across licensed child care centers throughout the state, including centers participating and those not participating in the state's QRIS. Following a description of the study design, this report will explore major findings drawn from teaching staff responses. (author abstract)
