The current report reviewed different evaluation components of the sixth year of full implementation of the Silver State Stars Quality Rating Improvement System. This project year, NICRP evaluated the QRIS through data tracking with QSTAR, a post-introduction survey for centers and family child care providers, coach feedback, and analyzing coaching minutes and ERS scores. NICRP also evaluated components of the new Steps to Stars process which included assessing knowledge before and after the new ERS training and obtaining feedback from those that have participated in the first six months of the process. In addition, NICRP continued the outcome evaluation study. (author abstract)
