This report is required by 2011 Budget Act Item 6110-194-0001, Provision 5, Schedule (1.5)(l) and California Education Code 8279.7(f). This report updates the Child Development Staff Retention Program legislative report submitted in 2010. The enclosed report includes, but is not limited to, a summary of the distribution of funds for the California Department of Education (CDE) Child Development Staff Retention Program by county and a description of the use of the funds.
