This report provides an evaluation of the Sixpence Early Learning Fund, a public-private partnership that provides grants to programs for at risk infants and toddlers in Nebraska. It examines participant and program characteristics, program quality, home visits/family engagement, parenting practices, and children's social emotional, physical, language, cognitive, literacy, math, and health outcomes, based on program and home observations and on child assessments.
