This is a summary of an evaluation of the North Dakota 21st Century Community Learning Centers program for 2012-2013. The summary provides an overview of the grantees; program attendance and the attendees; centers' activities/services, operations, and staffing; partnerships; assessment outcomes for math and reading; results from teacher, parent, student, and partner surveys; mean scores for the quality indicators of the Monitoring and Quality Improvement Tool (MQIT); program strengths; and improvement opportunities.
